Pap the Disney Gamer's Highlights: Which video games Disney characters want this Christmas

Merry Christmas eve, everyone! This is truly one of the best days of the year as families across the globe gather around to be thankful for their blessings, to share their love for one another and to pray for another year of health, strength and blessings. It is also the time to exchange gifts and wish for their most desired present! Of course, it is not the main reason for the season, but presents and wishes have become synonymous with the holiday season, for better or for worse. You may have noticed that all of the Gamer Tuesday articles this month have been about what I want to see in current and future Disney games. Well today in honor of Christmas eve, I will be asking Disney characters that have left a mark in 2013 what game they want this holiday season! Some answers are expected, others might surprise you, and who knows, maybe one of them will inspire you to check them out.

PAP ASKS: WHAT GAME DO YOU WANT THIS HOLIDAY SEASON?

Oscar DiggsDuckTales Remastered

Oscar Diggs (Oz: The Great and Powerful): I want DuckTales: Remastered, because it is eerie how Scrooge McDuck's adventure mirrors my own. We both wear top hats, we both want nothing but money and treasure, we both travel to exotic locales, and we both have witches constantly haunting us on every corner. But if there is one thing Scrooge lacks is my talent for illusions!

PilotWingsPlanes

Dusty Crophopper (Planes):I heard nothing but good things about Pilotwings Resort for the Nintendo 3DS! You can fly around an island in various flying vehicles, you can create cool Mii characters to fly around as, and it has a really neat 3D effect! I also heard there is a game based on my story, and features my dearest friends and even my rivals, so I think that one is cool, too!

MikeDisney Infinity

Mike Wazowski (Monsters University): The humans have created this game called Disney Infinity that features me and my buddy Sulley and our pranks and misadventures at Monsters University, and I want that! Though they seem to have made the mistake of making Sulley the figure that is included in the game, and my figure is sold separately... but who cares, I am in the game! Of course. I fear that the game might be toxic since it was created by humans (no offense to you human reader), but I am willing to take the risk just to see myself in an accurate depiction of my life! Oh... and Randy's in it, too.

Mickey Mouse
Super Mario 3DSWii Party U

Mickey Mouse (2013 Mickey Mouse shorts): Gosh, there are so many wonderful games out there. What I want are games I can play with my pals, and the two that I look so much fun are Wii Party U and Super Mario 3D World, both for the Wii U! Mario is one of my dearest pals, and even though he was more well known than me at one point, we have since exchanged stories of our many adventures! And with these games, I can invite Minnie, Goofy and Donald for some great fun! But sometimes I dread that Donald might start to break controllers when he loses a game...

 Olaf
Animal CrossingOlaf's Quest

Olaf the Snowman (Frozen):Hi, I am Olaf, and I like warm hugs! And what I want for this holiday season is for my creators Anna and Elsa to be best friends and give each other warm hugs! Oooh right, this is about games... well I want Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS because when winter comes in that game, you can build snowmen that also like warm hugs! There is also a game all about me! It is about me going on a quest, and it is called Olaf's Quest, also for the 3DS! It has me jumping around, enjoying the summer sun and frolicking through the green fields... oooh I love summer so much!

P.L. Travers

P.L. Travers (Saving Mr. Banks): Me playing video games? Why I'll have nothing to do with those violent, brain rotting contraptions!

There you have it, folks! Gamer Tuesday wishes you the best of the holiday season. Please party and game responsibly, and if you don't get what you wanted it doesn't matter, because that is not what it is about. If you have a great family and some awesome friends to share the season with, then you will have had everything that you wanted and more.
