One 12-inch precooked pizza shell
Â½ cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
Â½ cup coarsely grated provolone cheese
1 cup coarsely grated cheddar cheese
Â¼ cup heavy cream
Â½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Preheat oven to 375*. Place the pizza crust on a baking

heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Add to cheese
Immediately, to avoid clumping, transfer cheese mixture
to pizza shell.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese mixture is set
and is beginning to brown.
Serve hot, cut into wedges.
